Bookkeeping—Levels of Service
We provide bookkeeping service using QuickBooks software.
BRONZE SERVICE = DIY = New Setup & Do It yourself Training
Þ 2 hours to set up your accounts in your software, ON YOUR site. Þ 4 hours for personal training and practice on your program. Þ Up to 4 hours of Quickbooks consultation and bookkeeping process training Þ as requested during the first month. Þ provided through phone, Skype or email,
BRONZE SERVICE Package cost: $500.
SILVER SERVICE: = Basic Bookkeeping Service
Þ You mail the file of receipts to us at your expense, Þ Or you deliver it to us at OUR office. Þ We complete the work and the monthly reports Þ We mail it back to you, or you Pick it up, with an invoice. Þ We will complete the T1 Tax form for you and your family, asking you to sign the T183 form authorizing us for the E-file service.
SILVER SERVICE Bookkeeping Rate: $40 per hour
GOLD SERVICE: = Extra Value and Special Attention Service Þ We pick up the files from you, or you can send it to us with our business courier account Þ OR the service maybe provided on YOUR SITE. Þ We complete the work and the monthly reports Þ We deliver it to you with a consultation visit, to discuss with you if you are meeting your goals, and how you can better stay on Target. Þ We complete the T1 Tax form for you and your family, asking you to sign the T1013—authorizing us as the Representative for you with Revenue Canada. Þ JOINT VENTURE advertising! Þ We will negotiate complimentary “shared advertising partnership”. Such as through websites, social networking, brochures, flyers or other personal networking.
GOLD SERVICE Rate: $50 per hour
NOTE: The invoice will be included with the each months completed work. The payment is required before the next months work will be processed.
